Ministering to Homeless Women with Children, Widows, and At-Risk Inner City Youth in Chattanooga, Tennessee USA

OUR FINANCIAL POSTURE

When Shepherd’s Arms Rescue Mission was founded in 1995, Jim and Mary Ann Sanders and the Board of Directors felt the Lord was leading them to operate the ministry on a debt-free basis. The Scriptural base for this belief is found in Romans 13:8 which states, “Owe no man anything except to love one another”, therefore, the ministry is operated on a debt-free basis. The Shepherd’s Arms Rescue Mission is a 501 c 3 non-profit ministry, therefore all gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Federal employees may now contribute through the Combined Federal Campaign. Our CFC number for donors is #52854. No federal grants are received because of the desire to preserve the mission statement of the organization and to always have the freedom to share the message of Jesus Christ without reservation or compromise. For those desiring to partner financially with Shepherd’s Arms please choose the financial opportunities tab on this web site to peruse all the different channels of giving to the Lord at SARM.
